There are things I believe are important and impacting us all now:
- eCommerce is dominating our daily life – businesses must take advantage of this in whatever level as much as possible.
- Social media is going to be a lot more fragmented – as facebook is getting less traction and people have a lot more issues to consider on choosing their “community”.
- Youtube will remain as the strong source of contents, learning, leisure, marketing – the winning formula is quantity though quality does help a lot.
- App-Like websites are going to be very strategic – the readiness of 5G is going to enhance experiences of websites and it will be up to a new level.
- Digital marketing is becoming the umbrella of marketing – we need to ensure we start doing SEO in day one of our new business as it is the cornerstone for digital marketing.
